IBC Network Foundation

The purpose of The IBC Network Foundation is simple:

  •  To fund research regarding Inflammatory Breast Cancer.
  •  To provide an avenue to network proactive education to the general population as well as the medical community regarding Inflammatory Breast Cancer.

I was diagnosed with Inflammatory Breast Cancer on September 5, 2019 at 35 years old with a 7 month old baby. I am currently undergoing chemotherapy as a part of a clinical trial with the support of my husband, our family, and our friends. I've got God and Hope in my heart that I'm going to beat the statistics and live long beyond the expectancy of this disease. This form of breast cancer is very rare and that's why there is still so much research to be done but with fewer candidates and research funds there's a long way to go before we can all stop being statistics and all start being survivor stories. I know for many this isn't personal but it's very personal and real for my family. Please help us raise awareness of IBC, as there's often no lump with IBC, and funds for clinical research so that you can help save my life as well as the lives of my IBC sister's that are both in treatment and survivor's.
