The Earnest Group Foundation (TEGF) was established to provide community outreach, education workshops, and certified professional life coaching to middle and high school age students, especially those who are economically disadvantaged. Our passion is, Investing In Our Youth!
To empower the whole student to take ownership of his or her education by helping the student identify their purpose, direction, and motivation to achieve their goals.
To provide the framework for every student to graduate high school with a purpose and a plan to successfully complete a post-secondary education program in an environment that is right for them.
Assist in improving the high school graduation rates of minority males and students in economically disadvantaged areas. College acceptance to schools of choice. Develop junior mentors.
As a Nonprofit, we invite you to give to extend our reach into the communities and schools here in Texas and across the country. Your donations will provide books and resources our youth will utilize to identify their purpose and passion, create their roadmap to success, and understand their reason(s) WHY. Their WHY will motivate them to push through those challenging roadblocks they will inevitably face. Thanks in advance for your generosity.
I am a husband, father, grandfather, veteran, college graduate, certified professional life coach, author, speaker and founder of Bowtie Brothers; a mentoring organization serving young men in middle school and high school.
My love for public speaking and serving others is fueled by my early struggles with apathy in high school, resulting in limited opportunities after graduation. While serving my country, I found my voice and platform to reach our youth. I share my story and many others in my book, This is Chess NOT Checkers, to encourage young people to take ownership of their education and their dreams before apathy sets in. My passion is, Investing In Our Youth!
