The Forge for Families is a Christ-centered urban ministry located in Houston's Third Ward. Our mission is to holistically equip families to fulfill their God-given potential. This is my third run this year. Obviously I'm passionate about staying healthy and using running to raise awareness for the place that I get to invest my life. The Forge serves the whole family holistically, and my running is a small way for me to help us accomplish our mission.
