I have chosen to run for LueWish in honor of my best friend Lue who died in 2018 of cancer. I'm currenlty serving on the board as President of Luewish and as an organization we grant wishes to women who are experiencing life altering issues due to cancer, heart disease, and domestic violence.  We work to inspire women to live, love and laugh in spite of their circumstances. Lue was the type of woman who enjoyed uplifting others espcially in their time of need therefore raising money to help others is something that allows me to keep her legacy alive and to feel closer to her at the same time.
