I'm a Shared Beat Scholarship student, Ophelia Maria Diaz Cumatzil. I am 24 years old. I am in the second year of my Nursing Career at the University. Pulique is a traditional meal of my Pueblo San Martin Jilotepeque. It is food that is traditional for weddings, or special holidays like patron saint's fairs.
