 I present to you my chicken parmesean.

I am a college student that loves to eat, but not just any normal cafe food or fast food, no I like the best. During college I decided to pick up cooking and eat in luxury. This chicken parmesean looks something out of a restaurant and taste amazing, with only the fraction of the price. 

I encourage you to try it out! 



  1.    1 Large can of crushed tomatos
  2.    1 small can of tomato paste
  3.    1 large carrot
  4.    3 garlic cloves
  5.    1 shallot
  6.    Dried Basil
  7.    Dried Oregano 
  8.    Pepper
  9.    Kosher Salt
  10.    Paprika 
  11.    Cayenne powder
  12.    Garlic Powder
  13.    All Purpose Flour
  14.    Plain Panko Bread Crumbs
  15.    1 Large Egg
  16.    6 cheese Italian blend or Mozerella 
  17.    4 halved chicken Beasts 
  18.    1 pack of Angel Hair Spaghetti

 Tomato Sauce Recipe:

  1.     Dice your carrots, shallot, and garlic
  2.     Place pot on stove and set heat to medium
  3.     After a minute add a little pit of oil.
  4.     After 2 minutes add your diced carrots,shallot and garlic
  5.     Stir and let cook for 2 minutes
  6.      Add your tomato paste into the pot and stir for another 2 minutes
  7.     Add your crushed canned tomatos into the pot
  8.     Season the sauce to taste with salt,pepper,basil, oregano  
  9.     Once you like the taste, change heat to low and let simmer for 2 hours with occasional stirring 

Flour, Egg, Panko Recipe:

  1.     Set out three large bowls
  2.      In one put in 2 cups of All Purpose Flour
    1. Season the flour with 1(1/2) tablespoons of paprika, 1 tablespoon of cayenne powder, 1(1/2) tablespoons of garlic,1 tablespoon of pepper, then wisk together 
  3.      In another bowl crack in 1 large egg
  4.      In the last bowl pour in 2 cups of panko
    1. Season the flour with 1(1/2) tablespoons of paprika, 1 tablespoon of cayenne powder, 1(1/2) tablespoons of garlic,1 tablespoon of pepper, then wisk together 

 Spaghetti Recipe: 

  1.     In a pot boil water and add salt
  2.     Place the amount of pasta you want in the boiling water
  3.     Cook pasta for around 10 minutes
  4.     If it is done drain water and quickly wash the spaghetti with cold water then drain.(Prevents sticking) 

 Chicken Recipe:

  1.     The first thing you need is the chicken, I prefer either buying halved chicken breasts or if you can't find any then just buy normal chicken breast
  2.     Depending on what type of chicken you bought you might have to halve if and/or flatten it to around 1 inch thick
  3.     Once your breasts are halved, place them onto a plate or baking sheet 
  4.     Salt the chicken on both sides, put salt on the whole suface area of the chicken, but not fully coated 
  5.     while the chicken absorbs the salt prepeare your flour, eggs ,and bread crumbs (SEE RECIPE)
  6.     Grab your chicken breast and start preparing them one by one as follows, fully coat the breast on both sides while pushing down on the breast as hard as you can, then dip it in the eggs until you see no dry spots on the chicken and let it drip over the eggs for a couple of seconds, finally put in in the panko bread crumbs and fully coat both sides and push down hard on each side so the bread crumbs could stay on the chicken
  7.     Once you have done that with all of your breasts you will now prepare the frying pan, grab a normal large frying pan and set the stove to medium-high heat, leave the pan alone for 1 minute then add in your oil.
  8.     While you wait grab a baking sheet and put foil paper on it, and then pre-heat your oven to 350 F
  9.     To test to see if your oil is hot enough grab a piece of panko and drop it in the pan, if you see the bread crumb sizziling and you hear it then it is ready, otherwise wait a minute.
  10.     Once ready lower the stove heat to medium and place your chicken breasts on the heat, while placing the chicken away from you, Cook the chicken for 1 minute and then take a peak if nice and golden brown then flip it other wise wait another 30 seconds to a minute depending on the color.
  11.     Once the chicken is done cooking you are going to then place the chicken on the baking sheet
  12.     Once all the beasts are done grab the tomato sauce and place a few spoon fulls just enough cover the mid section of the chicken
  13.     Grab your cheese and you are going to put as much cheese as you want on top
  14.     Then you are going to place your chicken into the oven for 10 minutes
  15.     Once the 10 minutes are up check the chicken to make sure it is fully cook and if it is not then place in the oven for 5 minutes otherwise you are done, Just serve along side spaghetti and sprinkle some basil and oregano on top of the chicken and ENJOY! ???
