Discover Fitness Foundation (DFF) awards athletic scholarships to children fighting obesity, children with special needs, and children with financial need wishing to participate in recreational and competitive level gymnastics. The DFF mission will be accomplished by generating and providing the funding, and acting as a liaison organization, linking scholarship candidates with a gymnastics facility near their home.
On Sunday, November 15, 2020 I will be running a 5K in the Cypress Run. I am excited to have such a wonderful organization supporting me to reach the finish line! I have chosen The Discover Fitness Foundation (DFF) as my Reason2Race®. The DFF centers in awarding athletic scholarships to children with special needs, fighting obesity, and with financial struggles. The scholarships awarded to children allow them to participate in recreational and a competitive level of gymnastics.
